Ibis Budget Hotel Luzern City - Lucerne

Location, great helpful staff. The quality of the Ibis hotels is beyond doubt.

You have to walk with your stuff for about 15 minutes from the station. If it were cheaper, it would be super.)

The room with basic facilities.

Close to the station and the city center. there's a supermarket round the corner. Quiet neighborhood.

It's a little cramped. The water from the shower gets on the floor.

we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was modern and had magnificent location right by the city attractions, town centre, and luzern train station. the staff was accommodating and exceptionally nice all the time. at the restaurant, the breakfast was incredibly nice at the front desk.

Close to the center, 10 minutes from the station. Perfect for those who don't want to spend a lot of money on living.

the bathroom curtain must be replaced and the sink drain did not work properly.

Helpful staff provided us a local transport pass upon arrival.

Limited bathroom facilities, with the shower opening directly into the room.

We had air conditioning, an electronic key card and a work desk in the triple room.

Came here for rest, recommendable. The room was compact, reasonably large and complete with convinient and the bunk bed, as example. Helpful employees at reception desk, everything was good. The breakfast was NICE at the front desk, and all the food was nice.

Wi-Fi was great, but the room had poor air conditioning and noise from trains.

Small room, small choice of dishes for breakfast.

It's a very small room, we stayed in Ibis hotels many times before, but we haven't met seen such a small room yet, there was no place even for the suitcase

Ideal for Budget-Conscious Family

The staff were helpful, offered us an early check-in when we arrived, and even gave us a free bus ticket when it was raining outside, a nice touch.

Wasn't exactly low-cost, but it worked out.

Clean room, great view from the window (Pilatus Mountain). it takes less than 10 minutes on foot to get to the central station. Quiet neighborhood

Shower. toilet and shower doors cannot be closed. no cupboard (shelf). One chair in a double room

The staff provided us with a delightful early check-in, allowing us to explore before our room was ready. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, making our short stay comfortable despite the room size.
